NNU’s Marketing & Communications (MarCom) Department desires to effectively connect with and serve both undergraduate and graduate students by meeting them where they are and offering clear, engaging information about NNU. By continually refining strategies and listening to student feedback, the team aims to create a meaningful and supportive experience for all prospective students throughout their enrollment journey.
NNU MarCom’s Enrollment Marketing Plan for NNU focuses on supporting the Traditional Undergraduate (TUG) and Graduate & Professional Studies (GPS) Admissions teams in increasing student enrollment by setting clear goals, creating strategies to reach those goals, and outlining specific actions to take. TUG Admissions aims to increase the number of new TUG students (first-time freshmen and transfers) by 10% and GPS Admissions has established a growth goal of 3%. The plan includes reaching prospective students in their schools, homes and online while also making NNU easier to find through search engines. All marketing efforts will follow a consistent theme across different platforms, and the effectiveness of these strategies will be regularly reviewed.
