Tatiana Wilson

Tatiana Wilson is the Digital Technologies Manager at Northwest Nazarene University.  Originally from Medellín, Colombia, she has always been drawn to storytelling and finding creative ways to connect people with ideas and experiences.

Tatiana holds a degree in Social Communications and Journalism with emphasis on Marketing from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana and began her professional journey as social media manager and digital manager for BTO Digital Agency.

At NNU, Tatiana works at the intersection of marketing, technology and data. Her role includes managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google and Meta, analyzing campaign performance, developing tracking and reporting systems, working with tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager and helping connect marketing data with NNU’s CRM.

What she enjoys most about her job is being able to take something that can feel complicated (numbers, data, tracking or technology) and turn it into something that actually helps people make better decisions. “I love the detective work behind marketing. There’s always a question to answer, something to improve or a new way to understand what the data is telling us.”

Tatiana’s strengths are a combination of analytical thinking and creativity. She enjoys figuring out how things work, solving problems, learning new technology and turning data into a story that people can understand. She also brings a different perspective to the team through her international background and experience creating content for social media.

Outside of work, Tatiana loves creating content, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, exploring Idaho, traveling and spending time with her husband, Baley and their dogs. She is also a big fan of Pilates and is happiest when she has a camera in her hand, somewhere new to explore or a new recipe to try.

Originally from Colombia, Tatiana still carries a little bit of her home country with her wherever she goes, especially through her love of food, family and music. She likes to think that her life is a combination of spreadsheets, camera rolls and a healthy amount of “let’s see what happens.” She’s excited to be part of NNU and to keep learning, creating and finding new ways to make marketing a little smarter and a lot more human.
